Commissioned in 1909 as the new headquarters for the Michelin Tyre Co in England this building was completed in 1911 and is unique in its architectural style which is further complimented by stained glass windows and adornments of tiled panels. The individual panels depict race and endurance feats achieved on Michelin Tyres and contribute to the uniqueness of the building which Michelin occupied until 1985. The Michelin building now houses a top class restaurant, a bar, coffee house, and the Terence Conran shop. For those interested in motoring history or architectural diversity this is a 'must see' next time you visit London.
